Dig deep then wide gulf shoresAlright guys. So what does dig deep and then go wide mean. This is actually invaluable for anybody who is looking to do something massive with their life to make a, maybe a small change that can have a huge impact on the rest of your life. So this weekend we were in Gulf shores. We go to Gulf shores every Labor Day with a group of five to six different families, just friends.

We’ve been friends forever and all our kids are growing up together. It’s, it’s really cool. But this weekend was kind of a bad weather weekend for Gulf shores. There was constantly raining and it was a double red flag out there on the beach, which, you know, the tide was just um, the undertow is just incredible.

So I think actually someone, someone died this weekend just getting pulled out on the undertow so the kids couldn’t really go in the ocean…

So I was trying to find a way to occupy them. So I said, alright, you know, we’re going to do, we’re going to do a drip castle competition. Whoever can build the biggest drip castle empire wins 20 bucks and kids will do anything for 20 bucks. And so this occupied a group of like over 30 kids between all of our families. I think he’s like over 30 kids.

I might be exaggerating that. He might have been almost 30. Like 20, 25.

So occupying all these kids with this drip castle competition. So if you’ve ever been to the beach and you’ve ever tried to do a drip castle, the first thing you need to do is you need to get to water because you cannot make a drip castle without water and you don’t want to go too close to the waves because it will knock over the entire thing.

So you got to kinda go up on the beach and dig down until you get to water.

Well, the mistake a lot of the kids made a is that they would dig wide a wide hole first, which just took them a lot longer. The kid who won dug the hole as deep as he could just straight fricking down, straight down until he hit water.

Now the cool thing about hitting water first when you’re building a drip castle empire is as you pulled that sand out from the water going straight down, as you pull that sand out, the water, naturally a roads, all the walls around it so you don’t even have to dig wide.

The sand walls around the drip castle collapse around themselves because of the water that you reached at the bottom and the whole naturally widens on its own.

So that’s just the most efficient way to get from point a to point b is to dig first as deep as you can until you hit water and then from there, let the walls of road around themselves naturally and then you can be wide and then you can just stand in the hole and just build a massive empire.

Now, if you’re looking to what does this have to do with anything, Ryan, I think you might be going crazy.

Well maybe, but, what this has to do with real estate is if you’re looking to get started with real estate so you don’t know anything, you’re starting from scratch. All right?

What is the one thing that you can do that is going to knock down all the other barriers and all the walls around you? If you want to make a massive change in your life by doing one little thing.

Real estate is just a series of skills…

real estate negotiation finding dealsDon’t let anybody fool you, okay? It’s just finding the money, finding the deals, learning creative financing, and structuring your marketing in a way that you can really cash flow on something. It’s really kind of simple when it, when you break it down by the skill or the main skill that you need to learn that knocks down all the other walls is finding the deals.

If you can master and hone in on that skill to find real estate deals, then that’s you hit and water and just dig deep into that.

Don’t worry about anything else until you dig, dug as deep as you can, and finding the skills. Once you learn how to find skills that is going to force you to learn how to analyze the deals, that’s going to force you to learn how to structure the deals. You’ll learn how to do creative and owner financing.

After you have an opportunity to deal at hand, you’ll be able to practice that. You’ll be able to structure and market those deals to other people. It’s going to be a lot easier for you to find money. It is so much easier to find money once you have a deal in hand already, so if there’s anything that prevents you from getting ahead or focusing on doing something that changes your life, it’s to focus on too many things at once.

Just try to dig wide first and then go deep…

The thing that you need to do is go deep into one skill and then from there all the other walls will collapse around until you have a massive space that you could use to build your empire. Okay? And then people get into, well, you know, there’s, there’s no deals in my town, or what if I can’t find any deals in my specific area? Let me tell you guys something.

There are deals in every single real estate market saying that there’s no deals in your particular market is saying there’s no fish in one particular ocean. There’s fish in every ocean out there. You just need to know how to find it. Okay?

So if you can focus and master that skill, you will. You will have tremendous growth in real estate. You’ll, you’ll be able to do anything really. You’ll be able to print money at will.

So focus on finding the deals, dig deep, not wide, but speaking of oceans, I really, really am excited to announce this. And if you’re listening to this, this is like an old podcast. And there’s private money lenders in the group.

There’s people that are farther along in their real estate journey that you could use as inspiration and guidance and help people that you could potentially partner with on deals. So that’s going to be the first night just kind of getting to know everybody, meet and greet open bar. And then Friday is a day.

So that’s basically where we’re going to be in the Gulf of Mexico all day. And what we’re going to do is we’re going to fast track training until about 4:00 PM at the piano bar on the cruise ship.

And then Saturday we’re going to actually land in Cozumel. There’s not gonna be any training. That day is just going to be a vacation day. So you land in Cozumel. Uh, I don’t know if you’ve ever been on a cruise before, it’s just amazing. You’ve got like all these excursions you can go on, you can go snorkeling and jet skiing and go to remote islands. Um, you know, get a beach massage.

What I’m probably going to do is I’m probably going to find a beach and a Margarita somewhere and uh, and that’ll be my, that’ll be my excursion type. And then Sunday is going to be another CD. So we’ll do fast track training at the piano bar until 4:00 PM that day.

And then Monday you arrive home. So here’s what you’re going to come back, one and amazing Suntan or sunburn, depending on how well you lotion and a two, you’re going to get amazing new friends and a network that will help you launch, will help launch you into financial freedom.

Okay, well we say, you know, you hear to say before, like you’re a result of your, the five people you hang around the most, five people you surround yourself the most. You’re going to surround yourself with awesome people on this trip. Okay? And three, uh, we’re going to do simulated practice of investing in real life, real estate investing scenario.

So the entire, most of the training is kind of a simulation. And if you can simulate it, if you can walk your mind through the entire process of real estate investing, then it’s easier for you after that simulation to go out and do it in the real world. So we’re going to do, you’re going to, you’re going to have that experience in that practice.

And then for you’re gonna, get a ton of motivation to a to do exactly what you need to do to replace your working income with passive income.

And Five, you’re going to get fast track training on how to find the money. And most of my students find at least $250,000 in capital they didn’t even know that they had and number. What are we on? Number six, you’re going to get fast track training on how to have an unfair advantage to find the deals.

When I say unfair, I don’t mean unethical, it’s completely ethical, but you’re gonna know ways to find the deals. This is you’re digging deep until you get to water right here.

This training is going to be amazing on how to find real estate deals. And number seven is how to creatively finance real estate without banks. So if don’t have a ton of money, you’re going to learn or, or any money, you’re going to learn how you can basically make the owner become the bank to you.

And lastly, you’re going to know which investing strategy will get you from having a job just over broke to financial freedom as soon as possible. So guys, I really hope you can do this. Um, I have a limited amount of rooms. There is a 25 rooms for our group at the group rate and after that it goes up to the regular rate.

So I don’t know where else you can have a business trip you can ride off on taxes to a tropical place while also getting the fast track to learn how to be financially free and 12 months or less investing real estate. So guys, book this cruise. Um, you also, uh, you have the ability to get two tickets.
